COVID has swept our communities since the beginning of the year. ESSENCE holds a panel discussion moderated by Journalist Mara Schiavocampo with COVID survivors -- Pastor A.R. Bernard of Christian Cultural Center, ESSENCE Chief Content and Creative Officer, Moana Luu, and Dr. Michele Reed, all who share their personal stories of struggling through and overcoming COVID. Topics include: Personal experiences, words of encouragement, and resources on aftercare needed to get through COVID. Mara also talks with Dr. Fatima Cody Stanford on how obesity interfaces with COVID.
